THE SPEED PROJECT: ON A MISSION

04/04/2025

The Speed Project is an annual unsanctioned race from Santa Monica, California, to Las Vegas, Nevada. Starting at 4 AM, teams of six, three men and three women, take on the challenge in a relay-style format. Each runner tags in the next after completing their effort.

There are no set rules for the route, the distance each member runs per effort, or the level of support provided. The only rule is no highways.

THE TEAM INVOLVED

‘ON A MISSION’ was the 247 team for TSP, led by Jake Dearden, a 247 Athlete, alongside Hercules Nicolaou and George Heaton. Completing the lineup were Megan Davis, Meg Martin, and Montana Farrah Seaton, all athletes with diverse backgrounds, currently training across marathon and Hyrox disciplines.

BRAND ALIGNMENT: PERFORMANCE & TEAMWORK

For 247, TSP was more than just a race. It was a team-building experience, pushing each athlete to their limits while forging a deeper connection beyond their usual training routines. It was about testing endurance, adaptability, and mental resilience in one of the toughest relay races in the world.

With a full support crew and content team, the story was captured through the eyes of the athletes, showcasing raw effort, teamwork, and the relentless 247 mindset.

ON A MISSION.
