I had tried to cancel an order and the team was unhelpful in assisting me with this cancellation process and ultimately told me that it was a problem that I had to deal with. They were unwilling to cancel my order despite my timely request and the customer representative was pretentious and disrespectful. Highly do not recommend this brand unless you want to be treated poorly."

"Awesome I'd love to find that it's waterproof though and not that absorbant especially when it comes to sweat. It's meant for athletes at the end of the day. Having said that I'd probably buy it again! Size is amazing especially for someone who has med to small wrists.."

"Perfect, fits, comfy, practically exactly the same as the trail loop from Apple. I work at Apple so my thoughts will be very picky but, the ONLY thing that can be improved is the metal clasp that connects to the watch, it’s not as flush as the Apple ones. It’s loose but it won’t fall out, I have confidence in it but I’m not sure if that’s because I have experience with these devices — some customers may not like that. If that could be fixed. 11/10."
