"This jacket is really lovely. Originally ordered XL for my husband which is his usual size but unfortunately it was too big. I sent it back and bought an L which fitted perfectly. I would say this product runs large but I guess this depends on whether you are going for an oversized look. Excellent quality and lovely soft material. I must add that I have still not had a refund for the XL one and after several messages using email I'm still no closer to having my money back. Very frustrating."
