"No fault at all with the products, they were outstanding as per usual. My only small gripe would be after spending £500 on the black friday sale, i then received a code for an extra 20% off sale items a few days after which was obviously too late as i'd already bought my items. As a customer who has spent several thousand pounds I feel getting that email for 20% off in the days after was a bit of a buzzkill and made what felt like a really good deal at the time just a bit worse as i'd have saved an additional £100 on my order. Would love a reply on this. thanks josh"
