I’m big on routine, discipline, and pushing my limits, but also finding balance along the way. As someone who’s always chasing progress, whether it’s training for my next Ironman, grinding through Hyrox , or just trying to level up in everyday life.
That’s why 247 really connects with me. It’s more than a brand, it’s a mindset. It’s about showing up every day, staying consistent, and living with purpose around the clock.
One of my favourite quotes “pain is temporary pride is forever” is the mentality I take into every session, every challenge , all in 24/7.

When you're putting your body through the kind of hell that comes with elite HYROX competition, your gear list gets real simple, real fast. Here's what makes the cut when I'm packing my bag:
Aero Shorts, my daily drivers. Whether I'm stacking plates in the gym or grinding through another hybrid session, these are the go-to. No fuss, just performance when it counts.
Half Tights, running kit, sorted. When it's time to clock miles, I reach for these. They do the job without getting in the way, exactly what I need when my legs are already screaming.
Trail Collection (Vest, Tee, Long Sleeve), this is where I get specific. The new trail material's fitted construction means it moves with me, not against me. I really love this material because for me, the more fitted fabrics suit me better when I'm training. No excess fabric flapping around when you're moving at pace.
Trail Socks, the unsung heroes.
My confession? I actually don't have enough socks. I can wear up to 3 pairs daily so I run out after about 4 days. When you're training multiple sessions a day, the sock drawer becomes a strategic concern.
Running Cap or Beanie must for me, every single day. Running in a hat is as important as having trainers on. The mental game starts with feeling right, and this is part of the uniform.
Running Belt, phone, gels, essentials, everything I need within reach without bouncing around like a tool bag. Perfect size, zero distractions.

HOW DO YOU RECOVERY AFTER THE ELITE 15
Now that I have more time on my side in the gym, I am really big on recovery. Recovery’s where the real progress happens, so I make sure it’s part of my routine every week. Here’s what keeps me performing and feeling my best
Nutrition : fuelling right is everything. Clean, balanced meals to recover strong and stay consistent.
Sauna : helps me unwind, reset, and flush out the stress from tough sessions.
Cold Plunge : helps reduce inflammation and improve recovery especially after demanding running sessions.
Mobility & Stretching : keeps me moving well and injury free. A huge staple to my training routine.
247 Arc Sliders : absolute game changers. The comfiest things I own.
Recovery isn’t a break, it’s part of the process.
